Who We Are – From Lakeshore to the Islands
It all begins with an idea, a dozen e-scooters, a big dream, and a lot of batteries.
Before Ride Blue was zipping through palm-lined streets in the Caribbean, we were coasting seasonally through the quiet, tree-lined neighborhoods of Etobicoke, Toronto. Back then, we had just twelve Ninebot scooters, a handful of signs, and a vision: clean, fun, convenient transportation — made simple.
Our little fleet would wake up with the spring thaw, greet dog-walkers and joggers by the lake, and go into hibernation once the Canadian chill rolled in. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to prove that people wanted more freedom — less traffic, fewer parking headaches, and definitely no gas stations.
And just like that, Ride Blue Sxm was born.
From Cold Streets to Island Heat
Fast forward to today, and our wheels have officially touched down in Sint Maarten (and soon, possibly neighbouring islands)! We've traded snow tires for sea breezes, and our fleet is no longer just e-scooters — it’s growing fast, with e-bikes launching very soon.
The dream? Still the same. To make getting around easier, cleaner, and more fun — whether you're a tourist chasing hidden beaches or a local cruising to work without burning fuel (or patience).
